Training Day #1 (3/1/11) and Training Day #2 (3/2/11)

Everyone needs a team in their corner. Your team needs to consist of, at a minimum, training partners, cheer-leaders, and people smarter than you (AKA a mentor). Obviously each person and/or people have specific roles.

A team supports each other in different ways

Training Partners

  • Push you to new levels
  • Are reliable
  • Can see things you might not

Cheerleaders

  • Can give you that extra "boost"
  • Have no problem calling you out
  • Love you regardless of your results

Smart People

  • Can often help you develop a better plan
  • Can teach you something new
  • Have better insight into what you are doing and/or pursuing

Your team should be helping you get better at whatever you're doing. If not, you need to rethink who's on your team or in your corner. What's your team like?
